All the health and wellness benefits of Kombucha make it a win for incorporating this drink into food: vinaigrette dressing! It’s easy to make and only require two ingredients:
- Kombucha (Guava or original)
- Orange juice of choice
Mix 1 parts kombucha with 1 parts orange juice (I usually just use one kombucha bottle and one single-serve, personal orange juice bottle) in a small saucepan.
Keep on a low, simmer setting (stovetop) for about 10-15 mins.
Pour over salad and toss for even coverage.
This pairs especially well with salads mixed with fruit varieties (and goat cheese, I LOVE goat cheese and fruit mixed with greens).
